Last updated: February 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the CasinoFlux platform, including all associated services, tools, and infrastructure provided by CasinoFlux ("we", "us", "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using CasinoFlux, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. Your continued use following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Platform Access
CasinoFlux grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, resell, or otherwise transfer your access to third parties.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not share account access with unauthorised individuals.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Permitted Use
The platform is intended solely for affiliate marketing operations in the iGaming sector. You agree not to use CasinoFlux for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of platform data without authorisation.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform.
- Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
- Using the platform to facilitate illegal gambling operations.
4. Subscription and Billing
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All fees are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to CasinoFlux. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CasinoFlux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via the platform or by email. Your continued use following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance.
